Grace on Stadhuisplein has received new screens and a fixed speaker installation from MEB AV Rotterdam, with 6 AUDAC speakers for even sound coverage. The installation was integrated into the existing AV system, allowing employees to easily control the audio from inside to outside via a touch control panel.

NRC asked us to create a light show in keeping with the special architecture of the building and the furnishings present, including monumental and characteristic elements

MEB Rotterdam optimised the installation by making processing adjustments, making minor repairs, moving speakers and adding two AUDAC NOBA subwoofers.

At the Funzone locations Rozendaal and Breda, we recently carried out major maintenance on the audiovisual installations.

At Historyland, we projected an impressive 3D animation of mammoths on a wall in collaboration with Supermassive in Motion.

We recently renovated the audio and visual installation of Honky Tonky in Brielle. With the new audio system from AUDAC, the café is ready for the future with a crystal-clear sound at good volume. And with the new RGBW show lights, a nice atmospheric party can be built again.

Our Rotterdam heart was beating faster during the Feyenoord Business Class event at the Kunsthal. We provided both image and sound equipment. 

In addition to providing presentations and sound in the various rooms, we also provided silent disco equipment for interactive sessions and installed multiple TV screens for additional visual support.

Our technician provided lighting and sound for the venue. We strive to make every event a unique experience for the client. With this assignment, that was pretty much in order. There was a lot of dancing and huge laughter this evening!

 During the annual ABN AMRO Hockey weekend that took place at one of our regular venues, Hockeyclub Rotterdam, our team of technicians took care of the AV technique during this tournament.

Commissioned by vermaat events, we provided the complete AV technology at the vibrant corporate event of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners . We provided lighting, LED screens, a stage and sound.

Recently, we delivered and installed two Optoma 5 series 65-inch touch displays (5653RK) at CurrentWerkt.

The beautiful Johan de Witt gymnasium granted MEB-AV the honor of modernizing there AV installations. They are now a lot more user-friendly and offer a large number of possibilities.

On the 4th of June, De Rotterdamse ondernemerprijs took place at the Stadshaven brewery. For this event, MEB Rotterdam provided the sound, lighting, image and stage technology as well as the opening act and live entertainment during the afterparty.

Recently we upgraded the lightsystem of The Lakehouse Rotterdam. With the new interactive control panel you can choose between automatic light shows and an advance menu in which various groups of lights can be controlled. With this easily controllable system, a DJ can easily boost his music while playing for an ultimate party feeling on the dance floor, all controlled from a single touchscreen display of a tablet!

In collaboration with Synertech B.V., MEB AV provided restaurant MAIRIE with an audio installation.

MEB AV helped renovate club 1660 of 'T Goude Hooft. Multiple displays have been placed together with a pixel wall. The screens are operated with a rotating interactive touchscreen in the DJ booth. With this the designated user can also manage the various functions outside the DJ booth! 

MEB AV has provided audiovisual technology for the new restaurant Fat Fox. We've developed a system where staff can easily play audio through Bluetooth and additionally attach a DJ booth to a fixed location. Should the music cease? Then the system will go into sleep mode for a low power consumption.

In collaboration with Oasegroen,  MEB AV revamped the entrance hall of rooftopbar ELVY. With the newly installed light that is digitally controllable you are able to change the ambiance with just a push of a button. 

For the A State of Trance event, MEB Rotterdam transformed the Room Mate Bruo Hotel into the A State of Trance Hotel! The team from MEB Rotterdam provided the complete event of Light-, sound- and screenequipment. 

During the Friday Night LIVE evenings, MEB Rotterdam provides the audiovisual technology. We previously installed a projection screen that is still widely used, including during this event! Our technicians also provided an LED DJ Booth, where the DJ blasted all the beats from the speakers we installed!

During this event we provided sound, lighting, image and stage technology and arranged the entertainment.

We provided ithe technology for the graduation ceremony at Erasmus School of Economics.

At Nhow Hotel Rotterdam, AAL Shipping celebrated their company party at the beginning of June. Last year, we already had the honour of hosting this event, so it was cool that they came 'on the line' again for this party! In the beautiful Nhow Hotel Rotterdam, we provided the sound, image and lighting technology. We also provided the DJ show with DJ Robin.

6 June was the presentation of the Rotterdam Entrepreneur Award at the beautiful Porsche Centrum Rotterdam. Here, we provided sound, lighting, image and stage technology and arranged the entertainment.

On Saturday 13 May, together with Van Linn Av and Exkit, we hosted the Round Table 40+ reunion party that evening at svtogb. The proceeds of this evening go to football club svbvcb, where a major fire broke out a few months ago.

Commissioned by Congress & Event Services, MEB Rotterdam provided the technology at the Erasmus School of Economics First Year Cum Laude ceremony in the auditorium of Erasmus University Rotterdam in Rotterdam Kralingen. The auditorium has a fixed installation and we added a video direction setup to streamline the start of all audio and video clips. To be flexible in lighting, we also extended the lighting installation once.

Dok99 Rotterdam asked us for advice and implementation of an extreme widescreen projection in their bowling alley. We installed 3 projections side by side, a panoramic view, the width of 12 bowling lanes. No less than 20 metres wide. We also assisted in the creation of the customised content for this unique format.

Music is the best sports motivation! And A-Sport-Life knows that too! A-Sport-Life asked our advice on a new sound system. Fitting its needs and budget, we quoted a beautiful solution and then carried out the job.

We advised Lake House Rotterdam on an expansion of their AV technology. The wish for a 'fuller' sound on the terrace as well as for legal playback of Spotify music was central to this. We advised Lake House Rotterdam on this and carried out the project afterwards

At the beautiful Nhow Rotterdam, we handled a cool assignment for VanHaren Schoenen. They presented their new collection for 2023 in Loft 2 & 3 after attending a plenary session in Nhow 3 & 4.

We provided a great drinks reception with live entertainment, a DJ show, stage and cool lighting effects.

A few weeks ago, we started installing/assembling a completely new audio and wifi system at Brasserie Woodz. The job is done. the end result looks great to us!

Our team had the great opportunity to set up audiovisuals at a two-day wedding. Day one took place at Fort Altena and day two at Outdoor Valley  We also arranged live entertainment, with various artists and bands. 

For VNAB, we upgraded their current AUDAC system and connected a Roland V1-HD+ video mixer to it. Now various functions can be easily performed at the touch of a button.

We transformed our client's home into a cinema with the help of high-quality products from Optoma and Sonos.

In cooperation with sbvsevents, we provided technical support at Nhow Rotterdam for an anniversary event. We were responsible for stage lighting, LED screens, PA and DJ equipment. 

For the Nhow hotel, we optimized the light and audio system for the restaurant/bar ELVY with the help of our partner AUDAC

Commissioned by the GCA (Global Center on Adaptation), we provided the room technology for the event 'Youth Dialogue on Adaption Action: Delivering on the Glasgow Climate Pact' on 3 and 4 September in the nhow Rotterdam. 

At this event we helped startups with their pitches by providing image and sound technology. We also took care of the recordings.

We operated the presentation and audio for a meeting at the Van der Valk Den Haag-Nootdorp.

In the Nhow Hotel we technically took care of the presentation of LKQ in terms of image & sound.

We supported a presentation of Robeco in the Nhow hotel. We took care of the image and sound technique.

We supported the Princestheater during their renovation and modified several lighting and sound components.

We designed and delivered a complete new AV system for Kyatcha Leuvehaven Rotterdam. 

We helped the nhow hotel in Rotterdam upgrade their rooms. We provided them with various equipment. Among other things, we installed projectors and projection screens.

On this evening at the Prinsestheater, we were responsible for the light show.

MEB Rotterdam was a participant of this business event. In addition to our participation, we also provided image, light and sound.

We were responsible for the image of the presentation. For the sound, we provided a sound system to make the videos from the presentation audible, as well as the speakers. To complement the atmosphere of the private preview, we provided lighting that nicely colored the room.

Recently we provided the technology for the 'High level sales training' of Suzanne van Schaik. Here we provided image, light and sound. 

For Access to Quality, we recently provided technical support for a hybrid meeting. We made both the on- and offline guest speakers understandable to the visitors by maintaining image and audio.

We recently facilitated a cool event for Royal Den Hartogh Logistics. It was an online event at Room Mate Bruno using breakout rooms. We provided the sound, lighting and stream for this event. 

Last Thursday the second edition of the annual Spatial Development Workshop of VNO-NCW Westland-Delfland and the Municipality of Westland took place. MEB Rotterdam was engaged to make the online event technically possible.

We recently provided another webinar for B&S . We were often asked to carry out nice assignments for B&S. We are happy with this wonderful cooperation!

When we are asked to take on challenging AV projects, our technical heart beats faster. A great example of this is a job we did for Kamera Express. For this project, the beautiful theatre of Kamera Express was extended with a fixed AV installation.

A great party or event is unfortunately not possible at the moment, but MEB Rotterdam is not only the right partner for parties and events. We are also able to install fixed installations or equipment. We recently did this for residence in Rotterdam.

Today the annual IAME conference started. The three-day hybrid conference is organised by Erasmus University Rotterdam and TU Delft and brings together maritime experts from all over the world. The event takes place in the beautiful nhow hotel in Rotterdam.

Hybrid events are becoming the new normal. We recently had the opportunity to technically cater such a hybrid event on behalf of Nhow hotels and from their beautiful location in Rotterdam.

They presented the latest edition of 'het Grote Speelgoedboek' through a webinar and discussed the 6 biggest toy trends of 2021. Recently we had the opportunity to deliver some nice equipment again, this time for Swagelok. They recently organized an event using our audio-visual technology.

The 'Groot Albrandswaards Concert' took place recently and we, MEB Rotterdam, were asked to supply our equipment for this event. This event was organized because of the opening of the 'House of Albrandswaard' and took place in the sports hall of Rhoon

Recently, the Foodspecialities trade fair took place in Expo Houten. Two days where entrepreneurs within the food specialties came together and attended a great event. Commissioned by Bommel & Bommel, we were allowed to supply our equipment for their stand.

At Workoutclub's request, we were able to supply a new sound system. When entering the club, you immediately notice the sporty and motivated atmosphere, which is why we are proud to have been able to provide Workoutclub with our technology.

Today, September 22, the annual Miljoenenontbijt of VNO-NCW Oostland takes place. During this morning, entrepreneurs, politicians and administrators come together and enjoy a delicious interactive breakfast to discuss Prinsjesdag. 

The annual event Gastvrij Rotterdam in Ahoy takes place again and we are proud to help Zegro with the arrangement of the AV Technique.We provided the Zegro exhibition stand with appropriate television screens and material to connect them.

A fun event took place at our customer Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark. Our technicians have been able to deliver a fitting soundsystem and other equipment (to connect the various television screens) and afterwards, installed everything for Novotel.

For Room Mate Hotels in the Bruno hotel in Rotterdam, we have been able to deliver a beamer and also fully install it. This way Room Mate Hotels could be sure of their audiovisual equipment working as expected.

A new schoolyear has begun and luckily the students can go back to school! The Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management have celebrated this by organising an awesome introduction day for the students of the new schoolyear.

For our regular customer Sina Voetballab we have provided their P2,5 LED screens with a maintenance service. For these screens, several modules and power supplies have been replaced and the peripherals have been provided with the necessary updates, all to deliver top quality again.

Commissioned by Outdoor Valley, our technicians have adapted and improved the sound system in restaurant de Pannenkoekenhut with professional equipment from Audac.

MEB-Rotterdam has expanded the sound system of the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside Hotel.

Intratuin Zevenhuizen has commissioned MEB-Rotterdam for an installation of sound and image for the meeting room. We subsequently installed ceiling speakers and a beamer in the meeting room on behalf of the Intratuin.

Startups pitched their idea during the Mobility Lab conference. The 25 best ideas have been selected and matched with investors to test their innovations in practice. This meeting is technically supported by us with professional livestream technology.

Erasmus MC has organized an online webinar in collaboration with the pharmaceutical company Falk Foundation from Germany. This meeting was held in our regular webinar studio in the NHOW hotel in Rotterdam.

The Municipality of Rotterdam has organized an internal meeting for civil servants in the NHOW Hotel. This meeting could be followed by livestream and wastechnically supported by us with professional AV technology.

The company Fugro organized a 3-day meeting for the international management in May. 80 employees of the company from different countries watched via a live stream. We technically supported this conference with AV technology.

PostNL organized an online meeting via Teams on 20 May. This webinar session was recorded from our regular studio in the Van Der Valk Hotel in The Hague 

For the City Programme, Rotterdam Pride organized the ESF Conference in the Kunsthal. We have provided this event with the appropriate livestream technique 

The installation of the new mayor of the municipality of Sliedrecht could be followed by livestream. We have provided the municipality with technical support with our expertise in the field of live streaming technology.

The International Advisory Board met to discuss the future of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) industry. We provided this meeting with the right image, light and sound technology and were responsible for directing it.

Last week we had the opportunity to do a nice job for AFC Amsterdam. We have equipped the main field with a digital scoreboard of 6 x 4 meters. For this we installed a P10 outdoor LED screen and supplied the control equipment.

Every year Kunsthal Rotterdam presents a number of master classes in collaboration with the Willem de Kooning Academy. We were asked to technically support the masterclass of Bas kosters. 

In the room full of blue tones, we provided Room Mate Bruno with technical support for the Open Location day. This is where participants could see how online & hybrid events are organized at this outstanding location.

We are proud to announce that we now have a permanent webinar studio in The Hague.

For Rotterdam Partners we had the opportunity to technically realize a large online event. During this event we experimented with virtual gaming.

Thursday January 21th, 2021 was the online edition of the Workshop Spatial Development of VNO-NCW West. MEB Rotterdam was responsible for the livestream. 

For the NHOW Hotel Rotterdam we have transformed the loft into a great (meeting/presentation) space.

We have equipped the central hall with a LASER beamer. The meeting room is equipped by MEB AV with a compact laser beamer and AUDAC audio installation.

At Verloskundigen Centrum Lansingerland we have installed a clean air unit in their ultrasound room.

For our client IABR, we organised a great live stream at their own office. 

We provided a live stream at their own location for the municipality of Rotterdam. 

For Kookstudio 25, MEB has realised a live stream in which the employees of the Municipality of Westland could cook from home. 

For our customer Ruitenburg, we have made a live stream at their own location.

For this customer we have made a live stream possible in our permanent studio with our partner Nhow Rotterdam.

We installed the LED screens on behalf of LEDSchermXL. In addition, we provided the power and video cabling and were responsible for the screen configuration and connection with the media servers.

This strange time calls for creative solutions. If not everyone can enter during a wedding due to Corona measures, we will bring the wedding outside for everyone.

The municipality of Sliedrecht has unveiled a monument in memory of the 600 Merwede hostages. Some of the guests witnessed the unveiling at Adriaan Volkersingel. Another part watched (because of the corona measures) via a live connection in party center De Lockhorst. We made this livestream possible.

For this event we have converted a warehouse into a true party room. Pipe and drape, mood lighting and a photo slideshow on a big screen. During the opening of the party a video was shown followed by a confetti celebration, fireworks and a brass band as the opening act. We were also allowed to provide this party with entertainment. The band Session came to perform together with DJ Marijn!o a true party room with pipe and drape, mounted atmospheric lighting and made a photo slideshow on a large screen possible. In September, Kunsthal Rotterdam was the epicenter of the seventh edition of Rotterdam Pride Conference 2020. We provided the technology here.
